Lovely that you asked! We are a family business from Pori and we are building our Lempi Lifestyle brand together with customers and our Lempi team!
 
Lempi Lifestyle is an interior and lifestyle store put together with love. We want to offer our customers a delicious mix of Mediterranean warmth, Scandinavian freshness, a sprawling boho feel and especially everyday little joys and good feeling  
The cornerstone of our selection are the products of the brand's own collection, such as various wonderful textiles, ceramics and candles!
 
Where are the products made?
 
Lempi Lifestyle's own products almost everything is produced in Turkey or Finland.
 
We design our brand's products in Finland together with our customers and the Lempitiim. We follow the manufacturing journey of our products from the beginning - it is important for us to take good care of both our products and our people and ensure that all our products are made from high-quality materials under ethical conditions. For example, our beloved Tikkitäkki are made at our own sewing mill in Turkey  

I would like to return my order - how do I do that?
 
The easiest way to make a return is to familiarize yourself with our return policy, where you will also find a return code that you can use to return your package! Please remember to primarily contact our customer service in complaint situations before making the return.

How do I track where my package goes?
 
You can find the tracking ID in your email - if you can't find it, you can contact our customer service. Just state your order number and we'll get the tracking code for you!
 
How long is your delivery time?
 
Our delivery time varies depending on whether the products you ordered are in stock. The delivery time for the products in our warehouse is 1-3 business days, but please remember to take into account, for example, possible holidays. However, your package may leave on the same day!
 
Our Pre-Order products require a little more patience, as these are just on their way to us. These have longer delivery times and you can see the next availability date on the product's product page - for example, the products arriving in July delivery will go to you during July, but a certain date is not available. We deliver our Pre-Order products as soon as they arrive in our warehouse!

I received my order but my product is wrong/broken/damaged - what do I do?
 
In case of complaints, please always contact our customer service as soon as possible! In case of damage caused during transport, also contact the transport company - we are on your side!
 
Can I buy a gift card?
 
Of course! Gift cards are available both in stores and online. Gift cards ordered from the online store are delivered by email, and if you wish, we can also send the gift card to the recipient's email!
 
Our gift cards can be used in the online store and in our stores - the validity period is 6 months and the exact date can be found in the e-mail in which we delivered the gift card.
 
I have made a return but have not received a refund yet.
 
After leaving the return package, it takes a while for the package to reach us. When the return arrives, we will make a refund to the payment service of your choice, from which the refund will be transferred to you according to their terms.
